On January 11, 2025, the USA YOBAND Prosthetics and Orthotics Group successfully hosted Business Reserve Cadre Selection at the Nanjing branch. The election process was meticulously designed and consisted of four major stages: a written exam, a professional presentation, a simulated practical exercise, and a final interview. During the written exam and sales technique presentation stages, participants demonstrated their expertise, sharp insights, and exceptional analytical skills, showcasing their professional competence and overall capabilities. In the simulated practical exercise, contestants seamlessly integrated theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, showcasing their practical skills and innovative thinking in a simulated work environment. Finally, in the interview stage, participants engaged in face-to-face discussions with the judges, allowing the panel to gain a more comprehensive understanding of each contestant’s personal qualities, career aspirations, and potential leadership abilities.
After intense competition and rigorous selection, seven business elites emerged as the finalists: Niu Shunshun from the Zhengzhou branch, Zhao Qian from the Xuzhou branch, Zhang Yingdie from the Shantou branch, Zhang Zhongkui from the Shanghai branch, Su Jing from the Xi’an branch, Du Liandong from the Jinan branch, and Liu Zhi from the Guangxi branch. Their outstanding performance, solid business knowledge, and exceptional practical skills earned them high praise and recognition from the judges. These individuals were named Business Reserve Cadres of the YOBAND Group. As newly appointed reserve cadres, they will play a pivotal role in the future development of YOBAND, injecting fresh vitality and momentum into the Group’s sustained prosperity and rapid growth.
