Recently, USA Yoband P&O group technical reserve cadre election contest successfully came to an end, after the preliminary round and complex layers of screening out of the four outstanding players gathered in Shanghai, fight for the final PK.
As we know that,  in order to promote the whole group of technical staff to create a "you catch up with me" atmosphere, establish a "line of love and his entourage, a row of drill line" typical, the group specially organized the technical reserve cadre campaign contest.
After various aspects of the competition, from the Shanghai company's technician Dong Jianshu,  won the competition champion .
The competition is designed to show the skills of front-line staff in usual work, to further enhance the communication between technical experts and to promote the overall quality and business skills of the technical staff of the whole group. Through the technical contest to take leadership positions, and further stimulate the enthusiasm of all technical staff work.
