On February 1^st, USA Yoband Xi’an branch held the annual summing up meeting at the meeting room. The meeting was chaired by the Manger of Xi’an Branch, He Shaofei. All the 22 staffs of the branch attended the meeting including salesmen, finical staffs, technicians, physiotherapists, and drivers and so on. 
Fist of all, on the behalf Yoband, He Shaofei appreciated all the works which were done by the staffs for this year. At the same time, he brought the greetings and wishes which were given by group leaders to colleagues as well as Mr.Wang’s recognition of the work and encouragement.
The most exciting part was the awarding time. All of the staffs were excited about that. First of all, the manger He Shaofei, Wang Jianmin, chief technician Wei Banghui, Mr.Xia Yugang and Mrs. Cui Jiangfeng who had worked in Yoband over 5 year. All of staffs thank for their hard working and they are the basic stone of company’s development. 
Defining a hero while warming the wine. A gold medal is every salesman’s goal. It is also the highest recognition of the salesman. The gold medal of salesman was awarded to Mrs. Tuo Qing which expresses the activity of Xi’an branch and the sprit of team work. Every good skilled technician supports the salesman when they meet the patient. The gold medal of technician was awarded to Mr. Xia Yugang who has good skills as well as rich knowledge. The red certificates, gleaming gold medals, confidence and happy smiles showed the happiest moment in the year.  
Salesman’s work is full of hardship. But at this moment, the hardship doesn’t mean a lot when the smile came from salesman’s face. All the salesmen needs achievement, rewards and recognition. According to provisions of the Group, Mrs. Tuo Qing and Mr. Wang Hongtao had the honor to get the company's year-end awards.
Company is a warm family. The development of company needs every staff’s hard working. Under the guidance of manger He Shaofei, all staffs presented their own opinions on company development. Especially Mrs. Cheng and Mr. Xia Yugang who gave advise on promoting the environment of work place. Every staff shared their opinion which will let the company develop much better.  
 All salesmen made their own goal in 2016 with ambitions. At last, the assistance manger Mr. Wang Jianmin gave the annual goal and interest of next year. There were not much words but a heart with hard working.  
 At the meeting, Tuo Qing as the new assistance manger gave her promise that she will try her best to do all the work and provide best service to the patient. The chief technician Mr. Wei also promised that the technician team will always provide good technology and look after each patient very well.  
 Happy time is always short; we summed up the lost and looked to the future. We believe that all colleagues in the company will keep work hard in order to make sure the Xi’an branch will develop healthier and better. Hope Xi'an branch can perform better in next year!
