On July 21 afternoon, the Shanghai Rehabilitation Devices Association Council held the fifth of second directing meeting at the conference room of Yunfeng Theater. Executive director of USA Yoband prosthetic group Mr. Wang Hongyu attended the meeting as a director. The meeting should go with 17 directors , but 15 people actually attended . Shen Jiaguan , the director of Shanghai Social Welfare Business Management Department attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was chaired by the Vice President and Secretary-General Xu Zuyi. 
 
Wang Weihe, president of the Association informed the main work in the first half 2016，which from "Development and membership dues collection usage", "Association general election progress", "implement decoupling work part-time and norms", "highly skilled personnel training and skill appraisal work", "standardization of construction work," the five parts to report. And he also gave an statement on the "Articles of Association revised (draft)", "third association leaders, directors, supervisors recommendation list" .
 
After considering and discussing , all members approved "Third association leaders, directors, supervisors recommendation list" by putting up hands .
 
The meeting considered the "on Comrade Wang Weihe resigned chairman of the Association, the legal representative office's motion", agreed to accept the resignation of Comrade Wang Weihe president, legal representative duties; agreed Xuzu Yi, vice president presided taking over the work of the association.
 
Shen Jiaguan , the director of Shanghai Social Welfare Business Management Department made a speech. He first affirmed the work of the Association and expressed heartfelt thanks to the hard work Comrade Wang Weihe did as president of the association and the contribution to the development of the Association. Then they communicated with each other about the future development of the Association, from the government, associations, enterprises three different levels, how to locate, work together to promote the development of the Association.
