Recently, USA YOBAND Group successfully held an 8-day prosthetic skill level evaluation event at its Guangzhou branch. This event is a comprehensive review of the professional abilities of technicians, and a vivid interpretation of the concept of "excellent enterprises cultivate excellent talents".
The purpose of this evaluation activity is to strengthen the deep integration of theory and practice, promote the improvement of assembly technology, establish a platform for technical exchange, further improve the career development plan of technicians, and optimize the talent retention mechanism. The registration process for this activity is strict, and participants need to submit a written application, which has been approved by technical leaders and managers, ensuring the fairness and authority of the evaluation.
During the event, Mr. Wang Hongyu, Executive Director and General Manager of the Group, personally visited the scene and served as a judge together with Mr. Ma Zhenyao, Technical Leader of Guangzhou Branch. They observe the performance of each participant with a professional eye, and pass on rich experience to young technicians through personal demonstrations and patient explanations. Mr. Wang's high attention and personal participation greatly inspired the enthusiasm of the participants and injected strong momentum into the event.
After 8 days of competition, the contestants demonstrated Yoband's employees' spirit of pursuing excellence and daring to challenge through excellent theory and practice. In the end, Li Bing from the Nanjing branch, Zhu Yingle from the Zhanjiang branch, and Hu Yazhan from the Jiangxi branch were awarded the Yoband prosthetic skill level five certificate for their outstanding performance.
