The USA Yoband Group recently held an eight-day Prosthetic Skills Certification Assessment at its Nanjing branch. This event not only provided a valuable platform for the Group’s prosthetic technicians to showcase their expertise and engage in professional exchange, but also fully demonstrated their high level of professionalism and technical excellence. The entire assessment embodied the Yoband spirit of “Dedication and Innovation, Pursuit of Excellence.”
 
Amid increasingly fierce market competition and rapid technological advancements, Yoband remains committed to building a well-structured and forward-looking career development path for its technical staff. During the assessment, Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of Yoband Group, personally led the evaluation process. Together with Mr. Yi Fuqiang, Technical Manager of the Nanjing branch, and Mr. Wei Ye, Technical Manager of the Xuzhou branch, they formed the judging panel. With their professional insight, they rigorously evaluated each technician’s performance. At the same time, they offered on-site demonstrations and detailed explanations, generously sharing their wealth of experience. This unique “evaluation + mentorship” dual empowerment model not only highlighted the judges’ expertise and Yoband’s longstanding tradition of knowledge sharing and training, but also greatly boosted the morale of participants. It injected both authority and motivation into the certification process.
 
The assessment evaluated participants comprehensively across two dimensions: theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In the theoretical segment, the focus was on participants’ knowledge base and analytical abilities, while the practical skills assessment comprised four modules: measurement & casting, cast modification, alignment & assembly, and fitting & adjustment.
 
After eight days of intense competition, the participants showcased both their solid theoretical knowledge and outstanding technical abilities, embodying the Yoband spirit of striving for excellence and embracing challenges. Among the competitors, Li Youpeng (Jinan branch), Xiang Xianglang (Shanghai branch), Li Zhenyang (Hefei branch), and Wang Lu (Xuzhou branch) distinguished themselves with exceptional performances and were awarded the honorary title of Yoband Prosthetic Technician – Level V. In addition, Yuan Donghui (Xi’an branch), Yang Ping (Nanning branch), and Gao Jianyu (Changchun branch) also demonstrated remarkable skill and were honored with the Level IV certification. This competition not only highlighted the individual capabilities of these technicians but also reflected the professional expertise and relentless pursuit of excellence that define the Yoband team.
 
In addition, to encourage technical innovation and promote the sharing of expertise, the event introduced a special honor — the “Outstanding Sharing Award.” This recognition was presented to Yi Fuqiang, Wei Ye, Yang Ping, Yuan Donghui, and Gao Jianyu for their exceptional performance during the assessment. The award not only acknowledged their individual excellence but also highly commended their willingness to share knowledge and their spirit of responsibility.
 
Following the intense evaluation, Yoband thoughtfully organized a team-building event. The initiative aimed not only to enhance communication and mutual understanding among employees but also to foster a culture of collaboration and unity. Through a series of engaging and inspiring activities, participants were able to relax and recharge while learning from one another, further strengthening teamwork and building momentum for future endeavors.
