Basic on the concept of “Good corporate culture good staffs”, USA Yoband Group recently examined the technicians which not only includes the excellent technicians from each branch, but also some of the technical managers. The CEO of USA Yoband Group prized the technicians and gave a speech after the activity.
 

The practical operation is the highlight of this competition. Each technician casted and measured the same patient. Then the patient tried the sockets one by one and scored according to the comfort. It is the main reference in this competition.  
 

After awarding certificates, Mr. Wang gave a speech to this activity. He said: “The employees are the core of the company. The skills is based part of employees. The emplyees’ skill is the cornerstone to realize the company’s strategy and culture as well as the key of success. We hope those winners can apply their skills in their daily work. We hope all the competitors can regard this competition as a new start and keep improving their skills in future. At last, we hope all of those employees can enhance knowledge and literacy skills in order to improve the quality of products and the confidence of patients.
