With unity of purpose driving development and determination propelling progress, the 2025 Technical Managers Conference of USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics was successfully held at the Nanjing branch recently. Technical leaders from branches across the country gathered together to review service achievements and discuss the future development of the Group. In line with the Group’s meeting spirit of “speaking openly without reservation, encouraging constructive opinions, working collaboratively, and breaking down barriers between departments,” the conference was not only a review of past accomplishments, but also a meaningful gathering that connected cutting-edge technology with a strong commitment to humanistic care. It fully embodied the company’s corporate values of dedication, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence.

The conference was personally supervised and chaired by Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of Yoband. Under his leadership, the meeting concluded successfully and injected new momentum into the Group’s future development—momentum that was vividly demonstrated throughout this gathering of technical managers.
During the conference, examinations on company regulations and “Prosthetics” professional knowledge were conducted. Through a scientific and fair evaluation system, the performance of the technical managers was quantitatively assessed. The examinations also served as a comprehensive review of their familiarity with company policies and procedures, ensuring that each manager strictly follows corporate standards while further enhancing operational efficiency and management effectiveness.

At this important moment each year, the conference serves as a valuable opportunity to share achievements and experiences. Technical managers from various branches took the stage to present technical lectures, focusing on “technical innovations or successful fitting cases of complex residual limbs in 2025.” Drawing on their own practical experience, they delivered presentations supported by vivid real-life cases. The sessions were intense, well-organized, and engaging throughout, fully demonstrating the participants’ solid professional expertise and outstanding comprehensive capabilities. The venue was filled with continuous applause as the presenters showcased their technical skills and innovative thinking. After a series of impressive presentations, three outstanding technical managers were honored with the Excellent Technical Innovation Award: Liu Jiang, Technical Manager of the Jilin Branch, Liu Tuqian, Technical Manager of the Shantou Branch and Xia Yugang, Technical Manager of the Xi’an Branch It is hoped that this competition will serve as an opportunity to encourage continuous progress and further contribute to the Group’s technological innovation and development.

The conference also invited Mr. Liu Rongqi, Technical Director of Shanghai Kesheng Prosthetics Co., Ltd., as a special guest to deliver a keynote technical exchange and share his professional insights. The discussion focused on several key technological topics, including intelligent control systems, bionic design, materials science, and personalized fitting solutions. Both parties agreed that, in today’s rapidly evolving field of rehabilitation engineering, only through strengthened collaboration and the sharing of innovative resources can the industry better serve individuals with limb impairments. Such cooperation will help improve their quality of life and ability to participate fully in society.
During the annual Yoband Technical Managers Conference, one of the most anticipated highlights—the “Yoband Technical Expert” selection—was once again launched. This event is not only a competition of technology and expertise, but also a tribute to the spirit of craftsmanship that drives excellence within the profession.

The selection process featured a rigorous eligibility and evaluation mechanism. Only technical managers with more than ten years of professional experience and who had successfully passed the theoretical examination were qualified to participate in the competition. The assessment covered multiple areas of prosthetic practice, including transfemoral prostheses, transtibial prostheses, transradial prostheses, and hip disarticulation prostheses. Each evaluation was closely aligned with real clinical practice, requiring candidates to complete the entire workflow within a specified time frame, from assessment and design to casting, fabrication, and final alignment and adjustment.
Following a strict evaluation process, four technical managers were officially recognized as Yoband Technical Experts: Xia Yugang, Technical Manager of the Xi’an Branch, Liu Jiang, Technical Manager of the Jilin Branch, Liu Tuqian, Technical Manager of the Shantou Branch and Wei Ye, Technical Manager of the Xuzhou Branch. Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of Yoband, personally presented certificates to the newly appointed experts and extended his sincere congratulations and high recognition for their outstanding professional achievements.

This conference not only served as a comprehensive review of the performance and responsibilities of technical managers across all branches, but also provided an important platform for professional exchange, mutual learning, and collective improvement among the Group’s technical teams. Looking ahead, the Yoband Group will continue to strengthen its commitment to technological innovation and talent development, striving to build a highly skilled technical workforce. These efforts will provide strong technical support for enhancing the company’s core competitiveness and achieving high-quality development.
