As time moves forward, new opportunities and ambitions unfold. USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics successfully held its Annual Sales Managers Conference at the Xi’an Branch. Centered on the theme of “Enhancing Quality and Efficiency, Promoting Collaborative Innovation, and Shaping a Shared Vision,” the conference brought together sales managers from branches across the country. Participants engaged in comprehensive presentations and in-depth discussions aligned with the conference theme. The meeting further reinforced the Group’s guiding principles of open communication, constructive dialogue, collective wisdom, and breaking down organizational barriers. It provided a platform to review the achievements of the past year, analyze the current industry landscape, and strategically plan the group’s development priorities for the coming year, thereby consolidating collective insight and momentum to support the group’s high-quality growth.
Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics Group, delivered the opening remarks, expressing his appreciation for the dedication and achievements of all sales managers. Reflecting on the past year, he noted that despite a complex and rapidly changing economic environment, the entire team worked in unity to achieve steady business growth and maintain the Group’s sustainable and healthy development.

As the first session of the annual conference, an examination on corporate regulations and prosthetics-related professional knowledge officially marked the beginning of the new year’s capacity-building initiatives. The examination was designed to promote learning through assessment and reinforce practical application through knowledge acquisition, serving as a comprehensive evaluation of participants’ understanding of corporate governance policies and professional expertise. This initiative also laid a solid foundation for continuously improving service quality and ensuring that the examination process leads to both meaningful learning outcomes and tangible professional progress.

The conference reviewed and heard work reports from sales managers of each branch. Participants analyzed and reflected on their performance over the past year while outlining their objectives and action plans for the coming year. Key challenges and corresponding response strategies were also discussed. During the meeting, attendees listened attentively and shared their insights and perspectives. Through discussions supported by practical case studies, participants exchanged customer feedback and market responses, while interpreting evolving rehabilitation needs and regional market differences. The venue was filled with active exchanges of ideas and perspectives, and numerous constructive suggestions were proposed, providing valuable references for the future development of each branch.

The integration of different perspectives gradually transformed fragmented market information into a more systematic and comprehensive understanding. Looking ahead, Mr. Wang Hongyu encouraged all participants to work together, earnestly implement the strategic decisions of the Yoband Group, and make every effort to advance various initiatives, striving toward an even more promising future.
The conference also invited several sales managers who had demonstrated outstanding performance to share their experiences on stage.
