In order to further strengthen team development, optimize the structure of the mid-level management team, broaden promotion channels for employees, and select outstanding talent, USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics recently launched an open competition for the positions of Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager across its branches. Through an open and fair competitive process, the initiative aims to identify candidates with stronger capabilities and better alignment with the requirements of the positions, thereby achieving the goal of optimizing the Group’s talent allocation. The competition also provided participants with a valuable platform to showcase their abilities and further develop their professional potential.

Closely aligned with the Group’s core operational needs and development strategy, the event focused on key functional and business areas while adhering to the talent selection philosophy that “everyone has the potential to be a talent, and ability is proven through open competition.” The goal was to identify well-rounded professionals who possess both strong professional expertise and long-term development potential. Following procedures including individual application, branch recommendations, and qualification review, nearly 20 outstanding candidates from various branches advanced to the final competition. With a deep passion for the prosthetics and orthotics profession and a persistent pursuit of excellence, they actively participated in this meaningful selection event. Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of the Group, attended the event in person, supervising the entire process and providing guidance, thereby ensuring that the competition was conducted in a fair, impartial, and transparent manner.

Meanwhile, Mr. Lei Qing, Clinical Manager of the Guangzhou Branch; Mr. Wang Bailei, Clinical Manager of the Jilin Branch; Ms. Liu Hongxia, Clinical Manager of the Guangxi Branch; Mr. Ma Wu, Clinical Manager of the Chengdu Branch; and Mr. Liao Binghuo, Clinical Manager of the Zhanjiang Branch, together with other senior leaders, participated in the evaluation and served as judges. This competition was open to internal employees of the Yoband Group, offering two management positions: Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager at the branch level. The selection process consisted of four key stages: a written examination, a professional presentation, simulated practical exercises, and a final interview. These stages comprehensively assessed the candidates’ professional competence and ability to fulfill managerial responsibilities. The process not only demonstrated the principle of fairness and transparency in talent selection but also ensured a precise match between candidates and positions. During the competition, participants presented practical solutions ranging from overcoming challenges in market expansion and service delivery to enhancing internal management through refined operational strategies. Each proposal closely aligned with the company’s real development needs, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application. Through simulated real-world scenarios, contestants were able to fully demonstrate their hands-on capabilities and innovative service mindset. In the final interview stage, in-depth face-to-face discussions enabled the judges to gain a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s personal qualities, career aspirations, and potential leadership capabilities.

After a rigorous competition and strict selection process, Liu Zhi from the Guangxi Branch and Zhang Yingdie from the Shantou Branch stood out among the candidates with their outstanding performance, solid professional expertise, and strong practical capabilities. Liu Zhi was promoted to Sales Manager of the Guangxi Branch, while Zhang Yingdie was promoted to Sales Manager of the Shantou Branch.
