USA Yoband Held the First Competition of Technique Chief, in order to improve the technology and services. The Group CEO&Executive Director, Mr. Wang attended as the lord judge.

The competition is divided into theory examination and practical operation. And the comfort of disabled people’s wearing played a critical voting right. The whole competition went nervously and closely. From the serious and calm performance of technique chiefs, they all did good job in daily operations. The competition needed high precision and speed. Judges examined every detail carefully. All technique chiefs done well as all operations and programs are common in daily.   

After a-day-competing, technique chief from Xuzhou branch, Ma Zhenyao won the first prize.Technique chief from Nanjing branch, Yi Fuqiang won the second prize. Technique chief from Jinan branch, Lin Gang won the third prize. Mr.Wang awarded them honorary certificates and bonus.

Technical responsibility of prosthetic comes first. The premise of ensuring the comfort of patients’ wearing prostheses is to ensure the security and stability of the prosthesis. To ensure the quality of prostheses wearing, the Group supervises quality by self-inspection, mutual inspection and termination. The technique chief should give a comprehensive inspection to each discharged patients in order to improve the quality of discharge products. The purpose of this competition is to provide a platform for technique chiefs to learn from each others and make progress together in order to improve product quality to a higher level of discharged patients.
