Recently, the YOBAND Financial Leadership Annual Meeting was successfully held in Xuzhou Branch. Wang Hongyu, Executive Director and CEO of YOBAND, personally attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The CFO of YOBAND and various financial leaders jointly attended the meeting. In order to improve the level of financial management, the spirit of the meeting is to speak boldly, not afraid of making mistakes, and to work together. During this meeting, the leaders were excited and eloquent, while also reaping many benefits.

Chairman Wang Hongyu stated that financial management is the foundation of enterprise management and the center of internal management. He fully affirmed that financial work provided strong support for the company's development last year. Financial management not only helped enterprises save costs, control costs, and reduce consumption, but also improved the effectiveness of fund utilization, effectively improving economic benefits.

There are three suggestions:
1. Summarize the audit reports of each subsidiary, focus on identifying and analyzing problems, and propose improvement measures.
2. Further improve the company's rules and regulations, strengthen team building, and improve employee quality.
3. Refine the content of financial assessment, clarify various financial tasks, and form a financial management overall process and sub processes, and then form management tables for each basic process. Financial personnel should promptly correct incorrect behavior according to the management form.
