Recently, USA YOBAND Group held the 2023 Financial Reserve Cadre and Financial Assistant Election, which was held at its Xuzhou branch. This election attracted financial elites from various branches across the country to gather in Xuzhou. They all hope to showcase their abilities. To ensure the fairness and impartiality of this election, YOBAND Group has formulated a comprehensive election plan in advance and formed a highly professional and authoritative election review team. The plan clearly requires registration conditions, qualification review, and election process, and internal election announcements have been issued in advance in each company.

During this election campaign, Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of YOBAND Group, personally attended the scene to comprehensively supervise the selection of financial reserve cadres and financial assistants. 

 Adhering to the selection philosophy of "everyone is a talent, competing with each other", each competition project is publicly scored and commented on to demonstrate fairness. After a three-day intense election campaign, based on the previously announced election plan and a comprehensive evaluation of written, debate, and interview results, Zhou Xuan from Xi'an branch, Wei Meiqiao from Shantou branch, and Xia Xingli from Zhengzhou branch stood out in the financial reserve cadre and financial assistant election. 

Finally, Zhou Xuan from Xi'an branch was appointed as the financial assistant for USA YOBAND Prosthetics and Orthotics, while Wei Meiqiao from Shantou branch and Xia Xingli from Zhengzhou branch were appointed as financial reserve cadres. As the ancient Chinese saying goes, the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from bitter cold.

The implementation of this event not only selects more outstanding talents for YOBAND Group, but also deepens the communication and understanding among the financial elites of various companies. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses, and learn and progress from each other in communication.
