This evaluation focuses on the theoretical foundation and practical skills of YOBAND's technical elites, comprehensively testing the theoretical and practical abilities of the participants, focusing on identifying their own shortcomings and weaknesses, and striving for excellence. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of YOBAND, attaches great importance to this event. During the exam period, he inspected the exam site and familiarized himself with the participants. He personally demonstrated and explained the problems that were easily encountered during mold taking and production.

After a 12 day evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation of the theoretical and practical performance will be conducted based on the pre announced level evaluation implementation plan. In the practical part, Gao Jianyu from Jilin Branch, Tan Junqing from Guangzhou Branch, Wang Zhiqiang from Shanghai Branch, Qian Yikang from Shantou Branch, Zeng Zhaoshun from Nanchang Branch, Yang Ping from Nanning Branch, Zhou Zhugen from Chengdu Branch, Guo He from Xuzhou Branch, and Li Bing from Nanjing Branch stood out and achieved phased victory through unremitting efforts. Technicians accurately create sockets and refine every detail, demonstrating YOBAND's craftsmanship and strength.

In the theoretical part, Gao Jianyu from Jilin Branch, Tan Junqing from Guangzhou Branch, Wang Zhiqiang from Shanghai Branch, Qian Yikang from Shantou Branch, Zeng Zhaoshun from Nanchang Branch, Yang Ping from Nanning Branch, Zhou Zhugen from Chengdu Branch, Guo He from Xuzhou Branch, Yuan Zhikang from Taiyuan Branch, and Zhu Yingle from Zhanjiang Branch have been approved, and they have worked tirelessly to strive for self-improvement! 
 

According to the final comprehensive evaluation, the following personnel have been awarded the YOBAND Prosthetic Skills Level 5 Certificate: Gao Jianyu from Jilin Branch, Tan Junqing from Guangzhou Branch, Wang Zhiqiang from Shanghai Branch, as a Level 4 worker in Youbang Prosthetic Skills, Qian Yikang from Shantou Branch, Zeng Zhaoshun from Nanchang Branch, Yang Ping from Nanning Branch, Zhou Zhugen from Chengdu Branch, and Guo He from Xuzhou Branch.

During the evaluation process, in order to reward individuals who are good at sharing cases and interactive communication, YOBAND Group fairly selected Wei Ye from Xuzhou Branch, Gao Jianyu from Jilin Branch, Tan Junqing from Guangzhou Branch, Wang Zhiqiang from Shanghai Branch, and Yang Ping from Nanning Branch as outstanding sharing individuals, with special bonuses to encourage them.

After the evaluation, in order to promote mutual understanding among employees and cultivate a positive sense of cooperation, YOBAND Group's Anhui branch organized team activities. Through this event, the technical personnel greatly strengthened their enthusiasm for learning and absorbed the strengths of others to make up for their own shortcomings.
