In order to strengthen the training of prosthetic technicians in YOBAND Group, promote the construction of prosthetic skill talent team, and overall improve the comprehensive literacy and business ability of technical personnel, USA YOBAND Group recently organized a 2023 prosthetic skill level evaluation activity at its Anhui Hefei branch. Technical elites from various branches across the country gather here to learn and exchange ideas with each other. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this prosthetic skill level evaluation activity, the group has developed a detailed competition plan.

Professional skills competitions are an important means of cultivating, exploring, and selecting talents. The competition can stimulate the enthusiasm of prosthetics practitioners to learn skills. Through this competition, YOBAND Group can discover, motivate, and reserve talents, promoting the continuous emergence of more and more skilled prosthetic talents.

This exam is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical, with the main purpose of examining the professional theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of prosthetic technicians, and comprehensively measuring their ability to make prosthetic limbs for various types of residual limbs. This will lay a solid foundation for better serving the disabled, ensuring the correct production of prostheses, and efficient work.

In this event, Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of YOBAND Group, and Wei Ye, Technical Section Chief of Xuzhou Branch, served as judges, publicly scoring and commenting on each assessment to ensure fairness in the event.

The exam content is mainly based on the theory of Prosthetics, and participants are required to complete the production of prosthetics within the specified time and have patients try them on. At the exam site, every participant faced the test with a serious attitude. They are full of confidence, carefully analyzing and inspecting the production of artificial limbs, accurately recording data, strictly following exam regulations, consciously adhering to discipline, and the entire exam room is in good order.
