In view of this situation, we guide children to wear braces correctly; Strengthen functional exercise during wearing braces, including lumbar muscle exercise, spinal active movement and spinal gymnastics, and psychological care for children.
1) Prevent skin pressure ulcers
First of all, focus on checking whether the support is suitable for children, teaching parents and children the correct way to wear the support, and massage the skin of the pressurized parts of children every 3 to 4 hours, and gradually reduce the number of massage after children adapt to wear the support. For the children who wear it for the first time, they should also explain to their parents repeatedly, and contact the support room in time to replace or adjust the place where the support has not fit.
2) Prevention and treatment of respiratory and digestive system symptoms
Wearing braces for a long time may affect respiratory and digestive functions, leading to decreased respiratory mobility and vital capacity, and respiratory tract is vulnerable to pathogens. 4) Prevent swelling, numbness and nerve damage
