At the beginning of a new year, in the spring-like atmosphere of February, the USA Yoband Prosthetics and Orthotics Group’s Annual Sales Manager Meeting was successfully held on February 5 at the Jinan Yoband branch in Shandong province. The meeting was personally chaired by Mr. Wang Hongyu, the CEO and Executive Director of the Group, with the aim of further implementing the company’s meeting spirit of "Speak without reservation, No fault in speaking, Collective brainstorming and efforts, and Knock down the two walls," through in-depth discussions and exchanges, and to jointly plan the company's future development.
 
During the meeting, Mr. Wang Hongyu first expressed his heartfelt gratitude and recognition for the hard work and achievements of the sales managers in the past year. The rules and regulations exam and the prosthetics professional knowledge exam were the first agenda items of the meeting. These exams not only tested the sales managers' familiarity with the company’s rules and regulations but also assessed their professional expertise in the field of prosthetics. Through the exams, everyone not only reinforced their professional knowledge but also enhanced their teamwork and competitive awareness. After the exams, Mr. Wang Hongyu encouraged everyone to continue strengthening their learning and constantly improve their business skills.
 
Next, each sales manager reviewed their performance over the past year, summarized their experiences and lessons learned, and identified their strengths and weaknesses. They shared the latest market trends and successful cases based on their own market regions and business areas, while also candidly pointing out existing problems and areas for improvement. Through in-depth discussions, everyone gained a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the market, which provided strong support for the company’s future market strategy. This open and inclusive atmosphere allowed everyone to feel the strength and warmth of the team.
 
During the suggestions and feedback session, the sales managers actively provided valuable input, offering many constructive suggestions regarding product introduction, market expansion, team building. The session of sharing classic business cases by outstanding sales managers brought the meeting to a climax.
 
Sales managers who had performed exceptionally well shared their successful cases in business development, customer service. Their experiences and methods were highly relevant and actionable, providing valuable insights and inspiration for other sales managers. After a voting process, three outstanding speakers were selected. Chen Xiaomei, the sales manager from the Guangzhou branch, won first place; Tuo Qing, the sales manager from the Xi'an branch, took second place; and Huang Zhengrong, the sales manager from the Guangxi branch, earned third place. Their impressive presentations received warm applause and high praise from everyone.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Wang Hongyu provided a detailed explanation of the work goals and plans for 2025. He emphasized that in a new year, the company will continue to uphold the business philosophy of "customer-centric, quality-based," and will intensify efforts in new product introduction and market expansion, as well as enhance service and brand image.
